Many guests are surprised to learn that there is more than one First Watch restaurant. That's because we see ourselves as a neighborhood restaurant serving the people who live, work and play in our communities.

We are active in our local communities, whether it's raising funds for the Leukemia Society, underwriting a Police Memorial Run, supporting a Children's Hospital or sponsoring youth soccer. We get involved! Our employees live in the community and we care about them and our customers.

You'll never have to ask for the night off! Managers typically work a 5 day work week and NO NIGHTS!  Our hours of operation are 7am-2:30pm, 7 days a week (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas). Management applicants are required to be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred) and 2 years of recent restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere. Current or previous experience in full service.
