Qualifications:
We hire only the best of the best. Management candidates go through a comprehensive screening process including several interviews, assessment tests, thorough reference checks, a criminal background check and drug testing. To meet our qualifications, you will need:
- At least 2 years management experience within a full-service casual dining restaurant
- A strong passion for developing others in culinary and service excellence
- A strong work ethic
- A willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities based on restaurant growth plans
We also have a strong willingness to offer training and development to our hourly teammates. We provide opportunities to become Certified Trainers, Opening Team Trainers, and Trailblazers (key hourly teammates that are interested in management.) Successful teammates are often times promoted into management positions.
